.✦ ݁˖GENERAL.✦ ݁˖✦ The final product is a digital artwork file only. No physical item will be provided.✦ Please credit Mayty Natty whenever posting the artwork and do not claim the work as your own.✦ Commissions will be completed based on payment order. Clients who complete payment earlier will be placed higher in the queue.✦ In some cases, the character’s colors may be adjusted slightly due to our art style.✦ If any mistakes occur on our side (such as misreading the brief, missing details, etc.), I will fix them free of charge. However, if the issue is caused by incomplete information provided by the client or details not communicated before work begins, additional fees may apply.✦ Character changes are only allowed before work has started and may only be changed once.✦ If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please inform us before work begins.

.✦ ݁˖REVISIONS.✦ ݁˖✦ Work Flow Updates: Sketch / Rough Color → Lineart / Base Color → Shading → Rendering✦ Please provide the brief within 3 days after reserving a slot.✦ Please provide a clear reference.✦ Please describe how you want your commission to be, such as pose, expression, or general vibe. If not, then I will use my artistic freedom to decide.✦ Image with heavy shading or with watermark obscuring the design may lessen my ability to draw your character accurately.✦ Up to 3 revisions are allowed (multiple edits listed in one message count as 1 revision).✦ During the sketch phase, multiple revisions are allowed. However, major composition changes or excessive revisions may incur additional fees. Once lineart begins, only up to 3 revisions are allowed. Extra revisions will incur additional charges starting from 3 USD or more depending on complexity. If changes are requested after completion, revision quotas will no longer apply and extra charges will be applied immediately.✦ If no final direction has been decided and major pose / composition changes are requested, additional charges will apply regardless of the current stage.

.✦ ݁˖DEADLINES AND DELIVERY.✦ ݁˖✦ Estimated completion time is 7 days – 2 months per queue depending on complexity (longer timelines will be informed in advance).✦ Work will generally follow the queue order, though multiple commissions may be worked on simultaneously (queue priority is based on payment timing).✦ If the client does not respond for more than 3 days, the commission may be moved down in the queue.✦ Rush commissions are available with an additional 80% fee (delivery within 1 week).✦ Faster delivery requests may incur a 100% fee increase depending on complexity (delivery within 1–3 days).

.✦ ݁˖PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT.✦ ݁˖✦ Personal commissions may not be used COMMERCIALLY!.✦ Personal Use means the artwork cannot generate profit in any form. Examples include icons or other non-commercial uses.✦ You may print the artwork for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Please credit me when reposting or sharing.✦ Personal commissions may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred unless ownership of the character itself is also transferred (e.g. adopts).✦ Commercial rights may be upgraded later upon request.✦ For commercial and merchandise related usage, it must be mentioned to include commercial-usage fees.If you require a contract to be signed for certain commercial work or projects regarding usage, NDAs etc, it can be arranged from your end and discussed.✦ Editing is only allowed for white / transparent backgrounds. For other modifications, please ask beforehand. MV illustrations are exempt and may be edited without prior notice.✦ I reserve the right to post or stream commissioned works on my social media for portfolio, portfolio books, or artbook purposes.

.✦ ݁˖PAYMENTS.✦ ݁˖✦ Paypal and everything in $USD✦ A 50% deposit is required within 3 days to confirm the slot, and the remaining payment must be completed within 3 days after completion.✦ If the commission is cancelled after work has started, the payment is non-refundable.✦ Refunds are unavailable once payment has been made and files have been delivered.✦ Installment plans can be discussed beforehand. Final files will only be delivered after full payment.✦ Installments require a 30%–50% deposit. Remaining payments and schedules depend on the total price.✦ Installment periods are available from 2 weeks up to 2 months, depending on the total amount.✦ If installment payments are overdue, abandoned without notice, or cancelled, all deposits and previous payments will be forfeited.✦ If you need to postpone payment, please notify me in advance; otherwise, your slot may be forfeited.✦ If any issues arise, feel free to discuss them with me.✦ Clients with outstanding balances will not be allowed to reserve additional commissions until payment is completed (exceptions may be considered for returning clients with good payment history).✦ Payment : PayPal

(Do not claim the design or art work as your own)✦ Claiming yourself as the original designer is strictly prohibited.✦ You can alternate or editing character designs, but editing the original artwork directly is not allowed. Please redraw or create a new version instead.✦ Adoptables may be gifted, traded, or resell, but resale prices must be equal to or lower than the original purchase price only.✦ AI modification, AI editing, or AI-generated alterations of the artwork are strictly prohibited.✦ I reserve the right to post or stream finished works and work-in-progress content on my social media as portfolio examples unless requested to keep the artwork private or intended as a surprise gift for a limited period.✦ Files will only be delivered after full payment is completed.✦ I reserve the right to refuse sales to individuals I feel uncomfortable selling to or anyone on my blacklist.✦ Violating these terms may result in purchase restrictions or blacklist actions depending on severity.

Please read each post carefully before purchasing.✦ If purchased as Personal Use and later upgraded to Commercial Use, you may pay the remaining amount to complete the commercial rate.✦ Commercial Use for books / merchandise / products / general projects : +100% of the adopt price (x2)✦ Commercial Use for Vtuber activities : +200% of the adopt price (x3)✦ Example :
Adopt price = 50 USD → Commercial License = 100 USD (pay additional 50 USD)✦ Commercial rights only cover the use of the character design and do not include usage rights to the original artwork. Buyers must redraw, commission, or create new artwork before monetizing the design.✦ If an adoptable with commercial rights is traded or resold, the commercial rights remain attached to that adoptable.✦ Owners of commercial adoptables must notify me when ownership changes so I can update ownership records.

.✦ ݁˖SNIPE GUARD.✦ ݁˖✦ If a bid is placed within the final 20 minutes before auction close, the auction will automatically extend by 30 minutes from the original closing time.✦ If bidding continues within the final 10 minutes, an additional 20-minute extension will continue to apply until bidding stops. Exact closing times will be announced in the auction post.✦ Example :
Auction ends at 7:00 PM → someone bids at 6:40 PM → closing time extends to 7:30 PM. If another bid occurs at 7:20 PM → closing time extends again to 7:40 PM.

.✦ ݁˖DESIGN OWNERSHIP.✦ ݁˖✦ Co-ownership is not allowed.✦ I reserve the right to post or stream artwork on my social media for portfolio, promotional, or artbook purposes.✦ After purchase, buyers may name the character, create stories, roleplay, and freely decide gender, background, and personality for non-commercial purposes.✦ You may modify the character design, but editing the original artwork directly is not allowed. Any changes must be redrawn as a new version.✦ You may alter around 10%–20% of the design details, such as hairstyle, colors, clothing palette, accessories, or certain design elements. However, the character’s core identity should remain recognizable and must not be changed to the point where it can no longer be identified as the original character.✦ You may design new outfits or change the character’s clothing freely. The adopt is not tied to the original outfit design.✦ Commercial usage requires an additional license fee (see COMMERCIAL USE section).✦ Trading and gifting are allowed (see RESELL / TRADING section).✦ If you are unsure whether a change is allowed, feel free to contact me and ask anytime.

.✦ ݁˖RESELL / TRADING.✦ ݁˖✦ Resale is allowed only at the same or lower price than the purchase price.✦ Resale value cannot exceed the original purchase price unless supported by additional proven expenses (such as commissions). Verified commission costs may be added.✦ Adoptables received as gifts, freebies, or trades may not be resold.✦ Free adoptables received directly from me may not be resold or traded. They may only be gifted.✦ If an adoptable was purchased below auction value, its resale value is reduced accordingly and may only be sold at the same or lower purchase price.

Please contact me, Installments are negotiable, but files will only be delivered after full payment is completed.✦ For installment plans, the deposit must be paid within 2 days after auction end.✦ Installment plans require a 30%–50% deposit, depending on total price. Remaining payment schedule may be discussed.✦ Installment duration ranges from 2 weeks minimum to 2 months maximum, depending on price.✦ You can pay in installments after you win the auction. (must be over 120 USD. for installment acception)✦ If bid is above $250 then 40% must be paid upfront while the rest can be paid within 1 months or more as appropriate.✦ Refunds are unavailable under all circumstances after payment and file delivery are completed.✦ For installment plans: failure to meet deadlines / disappearing without notice / cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposits and paid amounts, and the adoptable may be relisted.✦ If you need to postpone a payment deadline, please notify in advance.
